I'm Cathy huber

I’m the founder behind this labour of love. As a lifelong animal enthusiast and proud owner of horses, dogs, chickens and other cuddly pets I understand the special bond between humans and their furry companions.

My journey into pet photography began with a simple desire to capture the unique personalities and heartwarming moments of my own beloved animals. This soon blossomed into a full-fledged passion for immortalizing the joy, loyalty, and unconditional love that pets bring to our lives.

I'm Falk Baumann

I’m a third generation photographer and the lead photographer at Paws & Pose Photo. My grandfather started his first photography studio “Baumann Photo” in 1925 in East Germany. My uncle kept the family business going in Germany and now I’m providing the same excellent services in Canada.

I have always been around pets, owning up to 13 cats at some point, dogs, horses, various snakes, spiders and other pets. I’m very confident being around pets and making them feel comfortable in front of a lens.

With years of experience working with animals of all shapes and sizes, I bring a patient, nurturing approach to every photoshoot. My goal is to create stunning, personalized portraits that reflect the true essence of your pet and the special relationship you share.
